Pricing varies from project to project. Your final cost will be determined by the condition of your media, extent of work you would like done, and the time involved in completing your project. Some work is simple and straightforward, while other work can be more complex and require more attention to detail.

Video Tape to Digital:
$20 per tape
TAPE FORMATS:
VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, Video8 (8mm), Hi-8, Digital8, miniDV.
Also available: convert from SD card or camcorder hard drive (contact for more info on pricing) Your converted videos can be provided to you on a thumb drive or hard drive (additional charges apply), or uploaded to the cloud.

Film Transfer/Slide or Photo Scanning
FILM TRANSFER:
Reg.8 or Super 8 film (silent): .20 per foot (50' reel = $10; 400' reel = $80)
Film repair/splicing: $5/splice
Super 8 film with sound: .25 per foot (50' reel = $12.50; 400' reel = $100)
SLIDE, PHOTO, NEGATIVE SCANNING:
Slide and photo scanning: $1ea
Touch up of scratches and dust: $1 ea

Video Editing
Video editing can come in many shapes and forms. It can be as simple as stitching together your home movies into one large file, or separating them into sections for easy viewing. It can also mean removing unwanted content to make your video easier to view.
I also offer professionally edited videos created from slides, photographs, film negatives, or your digitized movie reels. Whether you need a video for a birthday, wedding, graduation, or any other special occasion, I can craft a memorable piece that beautifully captures the spirit of your event.
Video Editing: $50 - $100 per hour, based on details and complexity.

Share Online
We can upload your videos or .jpeg images to our online vault for viewing, sharing or downloading.
This is typically included in the price of your transfer/conversion (project must exceed $50 in value). If you provide content that you would like uploaded to the cloud for sharing, we can provide a custom price for you.
